The committees comprise of representatives of all stakeholders with active involvement of students and faculty. The category of committees include departmental, Technical, Cultural, Social, Sports or such other committees as per the interest depending on one or more student or faculty stepping up to take leadership role. The presence of student committees in the campus has given a real and different identity to the college. The main motto of these committees is to ensure harmony across the ample, vibrant and smooth conduct of campus activities as well as ensuring maximum involvement and participation of JEC student, faculty & management. They stand out amongst their student fraternity by offering best possible contributions to the Institute. At times however, it has not been an easy turn for them. Their optimistic attitude, and a zeal to never give up has given them confidence to take everything in their stride. The committees traverse a journey beyond the limits of curriculum...there is lot to play with, to expand Imagination and explore engineering in myriad ways.
Alumni Committee Mentor: Dr Sunita Rawat

- Achievements: Maintaining a detailed database of around 3,000 alumni, making a monthly e-newsletter 'JHAROKHA' for them and organizing alumni meet Milaap annually.
- Learning: The art of persuasion, patience, to hold one's nerve till the work is done, better communication skills and co-ordination as a team.

- Achievements: Dabbawala’s, Mr. Manish Tripathi (Chairman of Mumbai based Dabbawala’s) encouraged the students with his managing skills. Also organized the successful event ‘National flagship day’ and conducted number of Guest lectures by Mr. Vinay Modi, Dr Sushil Kumar (DRDO) and alumni of IIM.
