Jaipur Engineering College (JEC) has been the most enthralling journey of my life. It has been an institute which has helped me nurture my skills as an engineer and grow in leaps and bounds. Our college campus is one of the most beautiful campuses with greenery around and provides various facilities from a well-stocked library to well-equipped laboratories. The lush green landscaping around the campus not only enhances it beauty and creates a conducive environment for studying but brings about the awareness of an eco-friendly environment along with a sense of home, considering my Bihar roots.  Not merely academically oriented, but extracurricular activities are highly encouraged by the institution. Being a part of the table tennis team helped me find a student life balance, allowing me to rejuvenate and cultivate my love for sports. Mechanical Engineer, presently working as a production manager with Byju’s at Jaipur in Rajasthan. Besides his professional activities, He believes in “Riding for a cause” and following this belief, he has been to Ladakh , K2K (Kashmir to Kanyakumari), Nepal, Rajasthan, and did the highest altitude mountain pass in the world, the Mana Pass, as a solo ride and explored one of the toughest passes of the world. Every time Vishal takes up a ride with his group, it bears a cause. Ride for orphan kids, respect soldiers, follow safety rules, save the girl child and educate them are some of the causes.

It was a very nostalgic day for me to come to JEC after eight years and experience the transformation. From the moment I entered the gates of the College, every second spent was reminiscent of my college days, said Rupesh Rai, who is Assistant Manager, Jindal Steel, and an alumni of JEC. Rupesh had interacted with fourth and sixth semester students of CSE and ECE during an interaction session on “Empowering Engineers with Technical Skills and Corporate Challenges” on April 13, 2018 organised by JEC Alumni Network.
