Non-refund of fees:

All fees, once paid, are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever. However, the Security Deposit will be refunded after making necessary adjustments as required.

Cancellation of Admission:

JEC reserves its right to cancel the admission of successful candidate under any of the following circumstances:
a. If the fee is not submitted by the stipulated date.
b. If the candidate does not join the course by the stipulated date even though the fee has been submitted.
c. If the candidate fails to furnish proof of the stipulated minimum qualifications.
d. If any instance of unfair means is found after admission.
e. If any of the document(s) submitted to JEC are found to be forged, fabricated or false during the period of study, the admission shall be cancelled immediately, and fees shall be forfeited. If the course is completed and a degree obtained based on documents later found to be forged, fabricated, or false, the degree shall be cancelled or recalled at any point in time.

When you voluntarily send us electronic mail/fillup the form, we will keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. We only collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. Also, when filling out a form on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. In case you have submitted your personal information and contact details, we reserve the right to call, SMS, Email or WhatsApp about our products and offers, even if your number has DND activated on it.
