JEC COE is an eco-sensitive initiative to make a coexisting, inclusive and sustainable environment for a quality life of humans and all other living partners with a vision to create a campus ecosystem of balance and influence. COE is a multi-year program carrying projects of environmental sustainability, to create a grand eco-future. This initiative aims to build a sustainable ecosystem by 2025, the 26th year of JEC, and to continue to exhibit the acts of sustainability, for sustainability being omnipotent.
Everyone has dreams to make the country big and democratically successful. A country where there is equality in all areas and for all genders it witnesses progress. Like others, JEC also have a dream for our India and the way it should be so we can proud to live and the coming generations too. Our country in 2050 will be what we create today. The year 2050 will be the landmark year to look at India through the prisms of development, growth, gender, equality, employment, and other factors. What we dream is what we see, similarly, how we visualize India of 2050 will determine the revolutions we will adopt over the next twenty-five years. One wants to see India free from poverty, unemployment, malnutrition, corruption, and other social evils. Over the next twenty-five years, India should transform into a powerful nation both internally and externally.
Over this, our foremost target as a developing nation JEC has come forward to work on economic fronts and make our economy stronger by bringing in some major reforms. To support this vision JEC has created some center of excellence to train the students in the line of skilling requirements. Besides the economic sphere, there is a need to work towards gender equality and providing equal opportunities for all irrespective of their background.

FOSSEE
FOSSEE (Free/Libre and Open Source Software for Education) project promotes the use of FLOSS tools in academia and research. The FOSSEE project is part of the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. The list of projects which are promoted by FOSSEE are Scilab. Python. eSim. Osdag. DWSIM. OpenFOAM. OpenModelica. OpenPLC.
JEC promotes these tools by encouraging students and faculty to use them in education and research activities.
Engineering for Change (E4C)
Engineering for Change (E4C) is an online platform and international community of engineers, scientists, non-governmental organizations, local community advocates and other innovators working to solve global development problems. The organization's founding partners are the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and Engineers Without Borders USA.
e4c has always recognized the importance of education and skill development in helping people living in poverty move toward healthy, positive, lasting change. It helps them journey from where they are now to where they want to be. JEC is proud to announce that it has made linkages with E4C and regularly participating in the various events.
ORACLE Academy

Infosys Springboard
A new way to learn. Infosys Springboard is designed to enable pathways to education and learning of digital skills for under-represented communities. Flagship learning and reskilling program integral to Infosys' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) charter in the United States. With three key platforms, the initiative aims to democratize access to digital content that empowers learners across the spectrum from K-12 students and teachers, to post-secondary learners and educators, all the way to professionals seeking technology-enabled opportunities.
JEC is registered with Infosys Springboard and active partner institution.
IIRS Outreach Programme
IIRS Outreach Programme focusses on strengthening the Academia and User Segments in Space Technology & Its Applications using Online Learning Platforms. Under this programme the two mode of Live and Interactive classroom mode: Live & Interactive programme was initiated in the year 2007 with the participation of 12 universities in India using satellite based interactive terminal.
E-learning mode: The e-learning courses are self-paced and learner centric and targets professionals, academia and research community to enhance their knowledge in remote sensing and geospatial technology using online simulated learning contents.
JEC has the privilege of running an outreach center at JEC campus in which live interactive programs conducted by IIRS are telecasted live
